How to Close / Cancel Zoho One Account?
1. Use the admin account (then one that is paying for your Zoho One
account).
2. Go to https://one.zoho.com/
(if you are in another data center https://one.zoho.com.au
/
3. Click on your user picture (top right):

Click :"Manage"
5.
Click "Change Plan"
6. At
the bottom of the page there is link "Cancel Subscription"
7. If you also wish to close and delete your Zoho account (pick the correct
link that fits your data center):

7.1 you will first need to Click "Close Organization"
* Moving into stage will only work after you stopped paying for your zoho account (Section 6). |
7.2 First you need to delete your domain - https://mailadmin.zoho.com/cpanel/home.do#domains/list/domains
7.3 Now go to Organization - https://mailadmin.zoho.com/cpanel/home.do#organization/deleteOrg
Click
on "Delete Organization" (Make sure to pick "All
Zoho services")
7.4 at this stage you can get back to step 7 and click "Close
Account".
