The best help is for you to describe for us the precise steps to reproduce. If you have them great, please add them to your ticket.
Be specific, send us the relevant steps of how the bug happened.
If you send screenshots, make sure that all the relevant information is included in the screenshot including the URL and that you haven't cropped some important parts.
Please email us the URL as well.
We usually prefer to get an EMAIL FORWARD than getting a screenshot of an email.
In 99% tickets, your USERR and PASSWORD would be required for us to reproduce your steps, so please send them to us as well.
If you can reproduce the bug occasionally, but not after following specific steps, please provide any additional information that can help our investigation.
Even if you can't reproduce the problem, please provide unique information about its occurrence.

If it relates to Zoho mobile apps, make sure your apps are up to date. uninstall the app install it again and see if that does not fix your bug.
When you reply to your ticket with any additional info, your reply re-opens your ticket (in case it was closed).
