- If you send screenshots, make sure that all the relevant information is included in the screenshot and that you haven't cropped some important parts.
- If you send us a screenshot of a URL, email us the URL as well.
- We usually prefer to get an EMAIL FORWARD than getting a screenshot of an email.
- In 99% tickets, your USERR and PASSWORD would be required for us to reproduce your steps, so please send them to us as well.
- If you can reproduce the bug occasionally, but not after following specific steps, please provide any additional information that can help our investigation.
- Even if you can't reproduce the problem, please provide unique information about its occurrence.
