Monthly Subscriptions
If you are dissatisfied at any point during your first month of using Zoho service, please contact Zoho that will strive to resolve your issue, offer a workaround, or provide a timeline for a solution. If you remain unsatisfied, Zoho will gladly issue a FULL REFUND and downgrade your account to it's free plan.
Annual Subscriptions
Zoho offers flexibility by not requiring an annual subscription to use our services. However, if you choose an annual subscription, you receive a significant discount compared to the monthly rate. If you are dissatisfied within the first 45 days, please contact Zoho. Zoho will work to resolve your issue, offer a workaround, or provide a timeline for a solution. If you remain unsatisfied, we will issue a FULL REFUND and downgrade your account to the free plan.
Ongoing Satisfaction
Zoho aim for your satisfaction throughout your entire contract, not just the initial period. If we remove, break, or discontinue functionality that was available when you signed up, notify us immediately. If we fail to address the issue within the promised timeline or cannot provide a satisfactory workaround, we will offer a PRO-RATED REFUND for the remainder of your contract.
Partial Downgrade of Annual Subscription
If you wish to partially downgrade your annual subscription by reducing user licenses, downgrading the service edition, or removing an add-on, you will receive credits in the form of an extension for the active licenses. The discounts applied will be excluded from the credit calculation.
Auto-Renewal
For your convenience, subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Before auto-renewal, Zoho will notify you of the amount to be charged. After renewal, Zoho will send a receipt with the renewal details.
If you forget to cancel and are charged, you can cancel within five business days (monthly subscriptions) or fifteen days (annual subscriptions) after the renewal date for a FULL REFUND. Requests for refunds, including PRO-RATED refunds, will not be entertained after these periods.
